You can permanently delete your Voxonet account and the app data linked to it. If you can still reach the app, the fastest route is the account deletion option inside it.
Deleting from inside the app
- Open Voxonet and sign in to your account.
- Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the profile screen.
- Complete the two-step confirmation.
When it finishes, your Firebase Authentication account, your Voxonet profile, your library, your access rights, your bookmarks, your highlights and notes, your reading and listening progress and your temporary content access records are deleted. The local reader package and note cache belonging to that user on the device are cleared as well.
If you cannot reach the app
Send a deletion request from the email address on your account using the link below. We may ask for extra information to confirm the account is yours; we never ask for your email password or a verification code.
Send a Voxonet account deletion request
If your email app does not open, write to info@psikonet.com with the subject line Voxonet account deletion request.
Once account ownership is confirmed, we complete your request as soon as its nature allows and within 30 days at the latest, and we tell you the result through the same channel.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: the Voxonet account, the app profile, the library and access records, bookmarks, highlights and notes, reading and listening progress, and temporary stream access records.
- Assessed separately: order, payment and invoice records created in the voxonet.com store; these may be kept for the mandatory retention periods in tax, accounting and consumer legislation.
Records that must be kept by law do not reactivate the Voxonet account and give no access to app content. For details see the Voxonet Privacy Policy , or reach us through Voxonet Support for requests under data protection law.
