These terms govern your use of the Voxonet mobile app. Voxonet is a reading and listening app that gives you access to the publications you own; it is not a store.
1. What the service is
Voxonet helps you read or listen to the e-books, audiobooks and other eligible digital publications granted to your account. The app contains no prices, no purchases, no in-app purchases and no links that steer you to a purchase. Buying, payment, refund and invoicing happen on voxonet.com, under the terms and refund policy published there.
2. Account and access
Using Voxonet may require you to create an account or sign in with an existing one. You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done through it. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately at info@psikonet.com.
Access to a publication depends on a valid access right granted to your account for that publication. An access right is personal: it cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
3. Digital publication licence
The digital publications made available to you are provided under a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable access licence for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not mean that the intellectual property rights in the publications are transferred to you.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, communicating to the public, sharing, selling, renting or reverse-engineering the publications or the content in the app without permission, or attempting to circumvent access and protection measures, is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the app in accordance with the law, with these terms and with the rights of third parties. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to other accounts or content, harvest data with automated tools, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
5. Device, connection and offline use
Some Voxonet functions require an internet connection. You are responsible for the suitability of your device, operating system, storage space and internet connection. Downloaded content is only for your personal use inside the app; when your access right ends, access to that content may end as well.
6. Ending your account
You can close your account with the Delete My Account option inside the app. If you cannot reach the app, you can send a deletion request over the web. Doing so deletes your app data and ends your access to the publications granted to your account. Order or invoice records that must be kept by law may be retained under the applicable legislation.
7. Service changes and limits of liability
We may update, change or reasonably suspend features because of app security, maintenance needs, technical requirements or legislation. Without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer legislation, we accept no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for interruptions caused by the internet, your device, your operating system or third-party infrastructure.
8. Privacy and contact
Details on how personal data is processed are in the Voxonet Privacy Policy. For questions about these terms, reach us at info@psikonet.com or through the Voxonet Support page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own courts where the law of that country gives you that right.
